Established in 2000 with collaboration from South Korea and started one new fibre line in 2017 with the collaboration from china, the plant uses the state-of-the-art technology to recycle polyester/PET bottle waste in to the Polyester Staple Fibre (PSF).
We manufacture various type of fibre like silicon & non-silicon. Colors fibre is made with DOPE dying technology using high quality pigments, dyes and master batches. The color fibre produced with this technology has very homogeneous texture and high color fastness. There is no water and air pollution with this technology.
We are supplying PSF to various non-woven carpet manufacturers making carpets for Auto Sector OEM like Toyota, Suzuki Maruti, Hyundai, Tata Motors, and HONDA etc.
We have fully automatic manufacturing facilities for producing high-grade fibre and testing laboratories for quality control with a capacity of 1200MT per month.
The packaging of PSF is done in 300 kg compressed bales. Our 100+ strong manpower is capable of handling bulk orders & delivering quality products with complete customer satisfaction.
The manufacturing facilities are situated at Industrial Town of Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India.
